School of Northeast Asia Studies established the dual-degree program: “Elite Class of International Politics and International Economics”. Every freshman from Shandong University is eligible to apply for admission at the second semester. The study duration is five years. Students who have completed the prescribed courses and have passed the exams will be awarded a bachelor's degree in law as well as a bachelor’s degree in economics. Students from the Elite Class also have more opportunities to obtain admission to postgraduate programs.
