Liu Changming, PhD of Law and post-doctoral fellow in economics, is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor of international politics at Shandong University, Dean of the School of Northeast Asia Studies and Vice Dean of the School of Political Science and Public Administration, Shandong University. He is also a member of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and a member of the National Steering Committee for International Affairs Professional Degree Education of the Ministry of Education. He has led and taken on over 30 key projects and other research initiatives funded by the National Social Science Fund and published more than 80 academic papers in CSSCI, SSCI and other Chinese and foreign core journals, many of which have been reprinted by Xinhua Digest, China Social Sciences Digest, and Renmin University's International Politics. He has published four academic monographs and won more than 10 scientific research awards and honorary titles from schools and provincial departments.
